Aamir, Faiz, Faraz gang-rape 20-year-old girl, lock her up at a tube well [Ambedkar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh]

A horrifying incident of gang rape has sent shockwaves through Uttar Pradesh’s Ambedkarnagar district, where a 20-year-old Hindu girl was brutally assaulted by three individuals identified as Aamir, Faiz, and Mohammed Faraz. The perpetrators have been apprehended by the police and face multiple charges under the law.

According to reports, the victim was forcibly taken to a deserted tube well by Faiz and Faraz while she was en route to Hirapur market for coaching. Aamir also joined them at the location. Allegedly, the trio subjected the victim to a harrowing ordeal, taking turns to sexually assault her. When the victim resisted, she was viciously attacked, resulting in severe injuries.

The assailants callously locked the victim inside a room adjacent to the tube well before fleeing the scene. Fortunately, the victim’s family was alerted to the incident and rushed to her rescue. Upon discovering the victim in a bleeding state, along with Aamir inside the room, they immediately contacted the authorities.

A named FIR has been registered against Aamir, Faiz, and Faraz under various sections of the Indian Penal Code, including charges of gang rape, wrongful confinement, assault, and criminal intimidation. The police swiftly arrested all three accused after they attempted to evade capture near Hirapur market.

The victim, a second-year B.Sc student, has undergone counseling and medical examination, and further legal proceedings are underway. This heinous act underscores the urgent need for stringent measures to combat sexual violence and ensure the safety and security of women in society.

The incident has sparked widespread outrage and demands for justice, with community members and authorities alike condemning the perpetrators’ despicable actions.
