Hindu Gautam Solanki Killed, Another Injured [Depalpur, Madhya Pradesh]

Tragedy struck in Depalpur, Madhya Pradesh, when a minor dispute at a meat shop turned fatal for Gautam Madhusudhan Solanki (21). Gautam, accompanied by his friend Bunty, visited Kamran Akram Khan’s meat shop on Sunday night, intending to buy chicken. However, an argument ensued between Gautam and Kamran, reportedly over a credit issue.

The altercation escalated quickly, with Kamran striking Gautam with an iron rod, inflicting severe injuries. Bunty also faced the brunt of the attack. Despite efforts to rush Gautam to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries early Monday morning.

Gautam’s family, hailing from Ahirkhedi village, was devastated by the loss. As Gautam’s father, a BJP worker and owner of a tent business, along with other family members, arrived at the scene, emotions ran high. Kamran had fled the scene by then, leaving behind a community demanding justice.

Gautam’s affiliation with a local Hindu organization further fueled the outcry for justice, with demands for the accused’s arrest and stringent punishment. Calls for the demolition of Kamran’s illegally constructed structures added to the clamor for accountability in the wake of Gautam’s tragic demise.
